1. Nature of Digital Goods (No Refund Policy)

Given the intangible and instantaneous nature of the products offered by STL MegaPremium (digital 3D files in STL, OBJ, or similar formats), all sales are final. .

Instant download: once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate and permanent access to the file through direct links in your digital library. Consequently, no returns, cancellations, or refunds are offered under any circumstances (including software/hardware incompatibility, printing errors, or human errors during post-production).
Technical Responsibility: It is the user's sole responsibility to verify that they possess the necessary knowledge for “slicing” and adjusting supports, as well as to have the necessary equipment (FDM/resin printers) to materialize the acquired models.

2. Paternity Guarantee and Original Distributions

STL MegaPremium operates exclusively as a digital marketplace. All 3D models listed are the exclusive property of their respective creators, designers, and original studios. We do not claim ownership, authority, or copyright over the creative material displayed here.

Certificate of Integrity: Although we are not the creators of the material, STL MegaPremium verifies and guarantees that every single file purchased from our store is 100% secure (free of malware or tampering) and fully complete (with consistent geometries, ready for import into preconfigured slicing software).
Rigorous license from the platform: When you purchase a model through our gateway, you will be granted the right to digital ownership and personal use, with explicit access to the filtered file from the platform. No physical marketing of the product is allowed without the parallel authorization of the original creator of the work. .

3. Data collection and information security system

We operate with a secure, zero-trust infrastructure model. We collect and protect the following information:

Identity Encryption: We store your emails, usernames, and IP connection history in encrypted form to ensure that only you can access your files and to prevent identity theft.
Traceability and download control: we systematically record metadata and history for every download made, in order to generate an “algorithmic audit” that allows us to trace the original source in case of improper data leaks or intentional bot abuse in our database.
Secure payment system: all monetary transactions interact with top-tier global payment gateways (PayPal, Stripe) via tokenized environments. STL MegaPremium does not, in any way, display, access, transfer, or store user banking information, credit/debit card data, or financial codes. .

4. Blocks, vetoes, and controversial termination (zero tolerance)

To protect independent artists and safeguard the economic and intellectual health of the community, we have adopted a “zero tolerance” policy.

STL MegaPremium reserves the right to unilaterally revoke and immediately close accounts that perform chargebacks, exhibit unusual DDO attack patterns, engage in proven illegal reselling, or compromise civilization standards on our platform (without prior notice and with full data retention without refund).

5. Legitimate use and proven legal consent

By keeping an active account with us, you grant the platform authorization to send you emails regarding important topological corrections (mesh updates) or releases you have expressly followed.

We do not sell or transfer our database system to companies that manipulate the market. Your internal data may only be disclosed pursuant to formal requests requiring official enforcement by competent authorities or courts in the relevant jurisdictions.

6. Exclusion from absolute declarations and warranties

Although digital resources are optimized to the millimeter, STL MegaPremium declines all responsibility for accidental or consequential damages arising from resin loss, filament jams, or mechanical equipment failures that may occur during empirical printing by the user. The user assumes all inherent risks and risks of experimentation in the 3D printing process.

7. Dynamism and hierarchy of the political agreement

We reserve the irrevocable and incontestable right to rewrite, improve, or legally protect this contractual document without the need for individual notice. Continuous consultation of this legal portal throughout the seasons will confirm this document's full compliance with updated versions.
